Whitney approaches business with the heart of an entrepreneur, the spirit of a creative, and the mind of a lawyer.

Licensed since 2003, Whitney first worked in commercial litigation. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to founding a creative company that she grew for over a decade. She then began to see the need for legal advice specific to today’s entrepreneur in the trademark and copyright space. She is also the founder of a technology based platform that focuses on the intellectual property needs of social media entrepreneurs. One-to-one work with Whitney will focus solely on trademark and copyright representation needed to protect your brand.

As a lawyer with the heart and spirit of an entrepreneur, Whitney approaches client representation with a completely customized model. Regular virtual meetings followed by brand protection status updates represent a collaborative process between Whitney and her clients. When she has a spare moment, Whitney spends her time with her husband and three rescue pups on their land. She also has one son pursuing his college degree in New York.
